What is your delivery charge?
We do not charge for set up or delivery. A small fuel fee is assessed for customers living outside of our standard delivery area.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We work with the financing companies American General and Wells Fargo. The application is very basic and approval takes less than 15 minutes. We always offer 90 days same as cash and several times throughout the year can offer up to 12 months same as cash.
What is your return policy?
We pride ourselves on our customer service and always make every attempt to ensure that the customer is happy. For items purchased in the store, there is a 30-day return policy to receive a refund or store credit. If a customer is unsatisfied with a special order, we’re happy to offer store credit and will continue to assist in finding the perfect piece.
Can a customer buy product off the floor?
Yes. Most items can be purchased off the floor. There are a few items on the floor that we keep to display and special order from.
Do you offer any fabric protection plan?
Yes. We offer and recommend using a fabric protection system. We use Guardian products for both fabric and leather. These products offer a 5-year warranty against permanent staining caused by all human or pet bodily fluids. The Guardian Care system contains an Ultra-Violet Inhibitor to help reduce fabric fading due to exposure to sunlight and fluorescent lighting. There is also an Anti-Static Additive to repel airborne dust and dirt, which can damage the fabric.
Do you offer a decorating service?
We work with several local decorators and are happy to recommend one that would work well with our customers decorating needs.
